Decorated with chic textiles, original artwork and wooden floors, these luxury apartments each have a large living area with a flat-screen TV. All apartments have Wi-Fi access throughout and an MP3 docking station. The spacious kitchens have a chrome oven, microwave and refrigerator. All apartments have an elegant dining area, and the luxurious marble bathrooms feature quality REN toiletries. The Europa House is just 984 feet from Maida Vale Underground Station. Both Hyde Park and lively Oxford Street are just 1.5 miles away, and private on-site parking is available for an extra charge.WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.
Private parking is available on site (reservation is needed) and costs GBP 30 per day.

Children of all ages are allowed. Children 1 and under stay for free when using an available crib. Children 11 and under stay for free when using an existing bed. Children from 12 to 17 years old stay for £45 per person, per night when using an existing bed. Children 11 and under stay for free when using an available extra bed. People 12 and up stay for £45 per person, per night when using an available extra bed. Any type of extra bed or crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Additional fees are not calculated automatically in the total cost and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

A damage deposit of GBP 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. The credit/debit card used for the reservation must be presented on arrival, otherwise an alternative method of payment will be required in order to check in.
